Sapphire City - Update 4

Another Update! Mostly visual improvements this time around.

Changes:   

- New futuristic text box.

- New font.

- Added fog/cloud effects to the city district.

- New clothing for certain characters.

- The colour of the text on the Data Pads have been altered making it easier to read. 

- 4 new pixel arts scenes throughout the game.

- Updated some character portraits.

- Better lighting added to the maps.   

- Different music for the underground section. 

- Minor visual changes to the exterior and interior maps. 

- Optimized the deployed version of the game to take up less space.

- Puddles!
